Hello everyone.  I'm writing to ask for your help.

I'm teaching a class on electronic publishing and one part talks about
e-book publishers, so I'm compiling a list.

Would you please be kind enough to share with me the names and URL's of
e-book publishes who publish THIRD-PARTY books?  (In other words, I want to
includes those URLS that take on books authored by someone other than
themselves.)
