[epub] Trademark or copyright???

Hello to all epub members from a new member!
I have a question that I hope someone can
answer for me.  I'm an author/publisher & occassionaly a free-lance 
copy writer so I'm familiar with how to copyright a book and get 
ISBN numbers assigned.  I'm now considering putting out a line of 
greeting cards and therein lies my question.
1.  Do I copyright them or must I "trademark" the name of the line?
2.  If the answer is "trademark", how do I go about 
doing that & with what agency?
Any information would be most gratefully appreciated.
