We do this with a form letter we have developed.....it starts out....We would 
love to do as you request, but that is an automatic function.......all 
subbing and unsubbing can be done via e-mail as well as the website.  There 
have been rare occassions when we will help someone from a domain who is 
having delivery problems.  But that is very rare.
