Hi Julie!

Never fail to CYA!! Get permission to use the material, and absolutely cite
your sources! You might want to include a note that the material is used
with permission. Also, create a file somewhere, in your email system, but
somewhere, where you keep the letters granting you this permission, and 
don't ever get rid of this!
