Yep........all the time with AOL and other large organizations......either 
that, or they employ folks who have the reading comprehension of a slug.

Well, you don't have to change hosts, but you could just put your newsletter 
out with one of the free servers like ONEList.  We have a help list for 
members of ONEList and other free e-mail servers, but we are most effective 
with ONEList because we have an insider who will handle problems that are not 
solved to your satisfaction through the regular help desk inquiries.  Often 
times other members of the list can help, as can the FAQs that we developed 
and store.  The url for the FAQs is part of the automatic trailer of each 
posting. The list name is ListHelp@onelist.com.  You do have to subscribe to 
the list to post, however.
