8??? I think you'll find most on this list get at least 20.
I know of some who get over 100.

It is if you have paying advertisers who wanna know when their ads run.
a date or at the very least a regular day.
I use 1/8/15/23 each month as it means i can get away with only 48
issues.
Not exactly professional to say
* Your ad will run sometime this month or maybe next*

Each to their own.
I know it works for me. get the emails from subscibers to prove it.
I also get the sign-ups to programs I promote AND continual ad revenue.

Then surely keeping a frequency is easier if the editor knows what
deadline
they are working towards????
However, with bis-ops I do stick to a set of publishing dates.
Thats cos I have paid advertisers & time sensitiv material.
Freebies is done on an *as-&-when* basis, sometimes 1 in a week,
someimes 7... all depends.
BUT there is NOT a paying advertiser to bitchabout delays..

Hi mani :)
There you have hit the nail on the head.
Survey is different to feedback.....
Notice I asked my subbys ONE question& gave them a choice of 3 answers

sure, so long as gets a credit...LOL

Hummn, yeah, hadn't quite thought about the *Reverse Pyschology*
of my own style.......
Maybe thats just it, & why it works.....

Couldnt agree more abut targetting subscribers.
I'd rather have my vocal 4k+, than 200k of nothingness

Sure Mani look forward to it.

I've heard of something similar, & may well try that myself too
I likes that idea, however I noticed both you & Mani offered
a *reward*.......
I havent done that ....yet, wonder if bribing/enticing my subbys would
work better or worse...????
I have had anything upto 15% response on stuff before.
That swamped me...LOL
Looking for a BIGGER rock.
