Re: [epub] Re: set publishing dates , UKJ
From: Danlin and Paul <dagpaul@yahoo.com>

Hi UKJ,

8??? I think you'll find most on this list get at least 20.
I know of some who get over 100.

It is if you have paying advertisers who wanna know when their
ads run.a date or at the very least a regular day.
I use 1/8/15/23 each month as it means i can get away with only
48 issues. Not exactly professional to say
* Your ad will run sometime this month or maybe next*

And so on...UKJ, you seem to know what you are doing. I was
talking from the perspective of the READER only, I don't publish
an ezine. And I think there are many readers like me, who ONLY
subscribe to 8 ezines, not a hundred. I made the comment because
you guys were talking about what the readers think, not the
professionals who publish the thing. Sure, if you are talking
about peolple buying ads, that's a different thing altogether.
If you should wonder what I am doing on "your" discussion list
when I am not publishing an ezine, I plan to publish one soon.
Hope I'll get many comments from you then!
Danlin
