Hi, you're most welcome.

But contrary to my field of expertise (heart surgery), the other
nuggets of *wisdom* I dispense so freely over the Internet,
though they might seem original musings and revelations,
were actually learnt from other online sources and publications :)

As I mentioned, this tip about tire-kickers came from Bob
Serling's Reverse Marketing newsletter.  And I gained a lot
more from Chris Pirillo's book, Poor Richard's Email Publishing.
If there are some on this list who haven't yet read the book,
PLEASE DO.  It's a treasure trove of useful info on E-publishing.
