The great thing about a good database (like Access) is you don't have to 
start with the "perfect" format. Just add enough fields for what you 
currently need and know you'll want within 6 months. Everything else you can 
add later. Easily. That way you don't waste time adding in lots of "maybe" 
stuff you never use.
