Free phone support doesn't mean much to us. We had that at cihost and 
had to wait 20 minutes to get someone and then they could not fix what 
was wrong. A company that offers free phone support for the first 30 
days and then charges is a better option. Our new company answers the 
phone right away and knows how to fix things. A competent company should 
not need to be at your beck and call. They should fade into the 
background. If your free support is busy that means they have lots of 
problems. The old adage is definitely true: you get what you pay 
for.Only my experience.
