Ray, I subscribe to Netbusinesstalk and several people there were severely
dismayed when Cihost went down.  They have jumped ship to another service.
Here are suggestions from the netbusinesstalk discussion group for reliable
internet service providers:

http://www.virtualis.com
http://www.hiway.net
http://www.mindspring.net
http://www.dezines.com

I use a different one which was also down for 2 days when a truck knocked
down 2 telephone poles outside their building, their batteries gave out
after 7 hours, and they didn't have a generator.
