[epub] Help correcting Message Problem

I am on AOL and starting an E-ZINE.
The people on AOL receive the E-ZINE perfectly;
however people on other servers receive the E-ZINE
with symbols, jumbled sentences, etc.
Does anyone know what the problem it???
Here is an example:

As sent out on AOL:

Unless you=E2=80=99re willing to pursue it.
It=E2=80=99s not enough to know what=E2=80=99s right,
