Hi, Dave!
You're on the right track.  Just put a ? after the final slash followed by
any kind of code that you added to a particular ad for respondents as in:
/?123.    When you run the ad, make the code part of the response address or
URL.  When the responses come in, the code after the ? will tell you the ad
source that prompted the response.  Use a different code for each ad.  Hope
