[epub] stealing newsletters

This is just a quick note to let you know that http://www.remarq.com has
started archiving my newsletter without my approval. They are in essence,
hijacking it as content for their own site.

I have sent them a note asking them to remove my listing from their service
- I do not want my articles (which I get paid for) being archived
electronically without my permission.

You may want to check them out to see if your newsletter is there and if
you want it to be. (I'm sure they'd gladly add any)
