[epub] newsletter online vs. email version

Hi, I joined epub some time back, and have enjoyed the comments and suggestions--very helpful!  I currently have one newsletter, Welcome Home!, in email version and am considering an online version as well.  Does anyone have an opinion regarding the benefit of going online as well as doing the email version?  I am also looking for a place to host my newsletter online.  Any suggestions?
