Hi Gang

I am the one that started the LOOP.

I am confused to IE4/IE5 are browsers not mail handlers.

ONly one person received over 40 copies of my newsletter
out of about 1,000. I agree with you Ray Whiting.
Could it have been the Internet Service Provider's on
either end. If it had been my mail server than every one
would have received multi newsletters. I Think.
Could it have been the other end ISP got that person
in a LOOP at that one time she was receiving that
one piece of mail?

messing up your mail?   Are you referring to the Outlook Express that comes
with it?  or the Outlook 98/2000 that comes in the MS Office suite?
