I receive a joke list 3 times a week, which does just that.
In fact i've submitted to it a few times, and had my comments displayed.
All he (the owner of the list) does is ask for an email address and the
comments, and the option to be anonymous or not.
I think you should give them the choice to have either a name, or a email
address, or to be anonymous, tho, as some people have a habit of spamming
every email address they find. (Isn't that right A.H.?? : )
