[epub] Has anyone used html banners for subs?

Hello All,

I have a question about html banners.  Has anyone done one
of these.  And has anyone used it for subscribing people from
other websites?  I am trying to edit one right now in my
netscape composer but it changes size drastically.

I have gotten a great idea from Terry Dean at Bizpromo.
One of the things that he did was use an html banner that
subscribed people to his newsletter and 5 other ezines automatically.
It got killer results. He got over 7,000 subscribers in less than 30
days.
