[epub] need some help please...

Hi Everybody,
QUESTION:
is there a software already available where one can send a msg to a book
reviewer, for example, and be able to address by NAME.  "Hi Sarah,"

AND the msg still looks like (in the TO/FROM/BCC section) it was sent only
to Sarah, although the same msg was sent to 2 dozen other reviewers
simultaneously?

Saving Time is so important.

I bet there is, but I don't know about it. I think it must be something
like the software used for personalized autoresponders.
