[epub] Regarding Front Page for Uploading pages.

Hi there.

I am dying to know this and you will probably think this is a dumb question.............

But is the "Web Publishing Wizard" in Internet Explorer the same program that
Front Page uses to upload web pages?

I use Pub 98 for my web sites from which I just publish the pages to the net from the "File" command. Is this the same?
