Dear Cantu,

I must say that I am a little disturbed with this
whole line of thinking.

First, I am not American, nor do I live in the US, but
to make a statement like yours is something I don't
agree with, simply because once you pass generalized
judgements, you are off track, and not being
scientific about it.

Naming names, in the states or else where, is not a
matter to be taken lightly, and in most countries it
is considered defamation, which is punishable by law.

In addition, who needs a name any way, if (and when)
any of us meets someone like such abuser, you would
know for sure, and you will do what is right for you.


This is to Sandy now:

I think your best deal is to stop dealing with this
person, notify him of the termination of any business
deals you may have made, and ask to be removed from
his mailing list.

Put your e mail address in the (BCC) section of your e
mail, so you get a copy of your own message, without
disclosing the same.

If he does not comply, then you can report him to the
FTC for spamming. And you can then use the
sent-to-self copy of your message as evidence to
support your calim.
