Well that may be Mike, but if they are using a listserver like egroups they 
are only actually sending 1 email to the list and egroups is sending it out 
to the members through a software program.  Trying to monitor egroups mailing 
activities I believe would be called hacking and be frowned upon......And 
some folks compose and send directly from the website, so really aren't 
sending any email at all but submitting a form at a website.

Besides it is unethical to monitor another person's mail......you want anyone 
to have the ability to monitor YOUR mail?  How about your comings and goings 
from you home?......I mean we need to say no to some stuff (technology) like 
that or we might as well get ready to start living in the novel 1984.
