I'm "two days" new to this list, but I've read this HTML vs.Text "debate" with interest. At one point I saw the wisdom of only Text...at another, the benefits of using only HTML. What I've learned thus far has caused me to go through my Address Book and pulling up the files on everyone who has "@aol.com" checking the box before "Send Email using Plain text only." 

I'll keep reading to see if there is any other good tips I can glean from you "Pros" so that I can shoot for the impossible... to,  "please all of the people all of the time"  :>)
