[epub] aureate problems

Brian,
We have used aureate for almost a year now. First we used the free version and we liked it, but it was slow. Now we used the purchased version and love it. We are at 4700 subscribers and we do both html and text. Html is at about 3000 subscribers and it takes about an hour and a half. Text takes about 45 minutes. 
Their customer support, mainly used for our own misunderstandings, has been excellent.
By the way, in case anyone is interested, here is a broad observation about html vs. text.
Our text list grows faster and has fewer unsubs.
Now we would never not do html because it is too much fun. But, we would never not do text either because too many folks can read only that way.But, we do think that some html receivers never see it properly and just don't know how to change or even that there is a difference.
