Hello Tom..Generally this is done thru email..you put up an ezine thru your
email then on your email ezine you put up a link to your website, where your business actually is located on the web. Once you get up and running
you probably will want to subscribe to list servers who have
lists that would be interested in your topic (ezine).
If you need any more specifics let us know, while you are at it you
can subscribe to our newsletter so you can see how it works..
