[epub] Topica and AOL-clickable links

E-pubbers,

I would like to hear from some of you who use Topica to host your e-zines.
What do you do to ensure that the links in your e-zines are AOL-clickable?
Since I have not actually started publishing my 'zine yet, I wanted to go
ahead and find out what I needed to know to take care of this once I start.
