Hi, Everyone ...

I wanted to know if any of you have ever done any e-book publishing (for a 
fee/price ... not free ones)?  If you have, can you give some suggestions how 
to get started?  What's involved?  Any recommendations on any e-book vendors 
who specialize in the production of such products?

Anyone know any stats (public or from their own experience) on the demand for 
such products and the kind of profit margin there is??

Any suggestions would be most helpful.
