[epub] My account with E-groups got deleted! Please help!

Hello list,

Dirk Dupon here. I just got a message from E-groups that they 
have deleted my announcement list: Netmoney, because a 
subscriber has spammed the list. 

I was not able to check the last mailings to the list, because 
I was away on holiday, and now E-groups has deleted 
my email addres.

However, the REAL problem is, they have also deleted my log 
in account, so that I can not log in anymore to moderate my 
3 other lists!!!

I have contacted E-groups immediately that this spam action 
was beyond my power, and since two days I am waiting for 
their reply. 

Can they just deny access to my other lists, because a member 
of an announcement list has been sending spam?

This is like a nightmare! I have advertisers who have placed ads 
in my E-zines, and I wonder how I can get to moderate my 3 lists 
again!

Does anybody here has experienced the same thing?

Please let me know how this nightmare can be ended...
