It was my suggestion to Dirk Dupon that he subscribe
to the eGroups list when he got locked out of his list
by eGroups and it helped him with his recent problems

And I would be very leery of any free list server
company that doesn't provide an in-house list for list
owners where you can get info straight from the horse
mouth as it were - and for anyone with eGroups, the
eGroups list is about the only way to get any decent
info. Their help department is virtual non-existent or
at least non-responsive.

By the way - it would seem to me that any list serve
company who limited their users to 500 subscribers
would not be in business very long - they would be
essentially penalizing their customers for being to
successful.
