RE: [epub] NewsLetter Too big for HotMail? - does that explain it ?
Hi there -

What usually happens with hotmail (at least in my experience) is that people
tend to NOT clean out their trash or their sent mail which then leads to an
excess of memory being taken up in their account. It's not that you're
document/newsletter is too big - it's just that they don't have enough
memory.

What I have done to fix the problem is email my subscribers who have a
hotmail account and have asked them to clean their account to create more
memory. It works for me because all of my subscribers are paying to receive
my newsletters - I don't know if it will work for you.

You may also want to look into ways to decrease your document size - if you
can - just in case. Or, it may be something with the list manager program
you have, too.
