In Outlook 2000 use the Export feature.
go to your Contacts folder
Click on File | Import-Export
Select "Export to a file"
Select the format you want (CSV, .txt, Access, or whatever you want)
then select the subfolder you want ("hardbounce" or whatever you called it)
selection how you want it to be named...
then let 'er rip!
SOOOOOO simple!
