Hi Debbie,

If it were me I'd send out an "Important Message" email to all
your list members. Since you know it's not a hoax, you can
tell your members what happened and warn them of the email
virus.

It effected your list directory. That is a good reason to send 
out a special mailing.

These people are so-o-o-o sick. Ugh...
