For what it's worth, my own experiments into this arena, even adding a contest with a reasonable value prize that was only available in the online version, solicited around SIX clicks per week from a subscriber-base of +/- 2000. The text version was and is published daily and the link was at the top of every issue. I stopped breaking my neck over it. Oh, and before I made the experiment, I polled the subbies. At that point 76% of the respondents said that they would visit an online version with this incentive.
