[epub] RE: Spammers Subbing - Try encoding

To stop a Spam harvester from lifting your email addresses from a
webpage you need to type  &#064 in place of the @ sign in your
HTML code.

Here's an example:

merle&#064mcpromotions.com

If you use this when encoding your email addresses on your site
the email link will work but Spam bots can't pick it up.

Hmmm... just curious here... I viewed your source at your
homepage (as instructed at the link above)...

Shouldn't the actual link text be encoded also? I mean, I am no
expert on spambots (although I bet I could build one, I choose to
use my powers for good), but isn't it possible that the criteria
an email address is not solely based on having mailto: before it?

Just a tangent really.
