[epub] Mailloop + Software to handle lists

With all the extreme precautionary methods ISP's
are using nowadays, and considering the high prices
of a good list server like ListServ or Sparklist,
desktop list servers seem like a good in-between
solution.

Personally, I have a good understanding with my DSL
provider, and I use their smtp server to send out thousands
of (legitimate, opt-in) emails every day to my various lists.
If I did the same thing from my web site, and if even one
nasty or forgetful subscriber complains, then my web site
will be taken out in an instant. The ISP's disconnect first
and question later.

And the list servers are too expensive for me. So, I've
been considering these products myself.
