[epub] My letter to Epub

Sorry, folks - forgot to include my letter to WWL under my sig.

Here are my duplicate addies for February through the 22nd when I
requested cancellation of the account.  I added no addies after 2/21.

Though you claim to be double opt-in, I've gotten almost NO nasty
unsubscribe notices since stopping my service with you and my bounce and
unsubscribe rate has plummetted so that I get very few.  This leads me
to think that despite your claims of double opt-in, that people were
being subscribed and added to the list without their knowledge.  Obvious
bad addresses like @hotmil and @yaho were freqent on my list of subs and
would bounce from the start.  I also got addies like guest@xyz or
webmaster@xyz, etc.  These addies are almost never used by an actual
individual.

The cost of 15¢ a subscriber was just too high to pay when there were
just a tiny handful of actual good addies sprinkled among the boatload
of bad ones.  It was actually a relief to stop your service and end 90%
of my headaches with obscene or rude unsubscribe demands and massive
bounces.  Not to mention all the duplicates each month that *I* was
expected to keep track of and report back to you to get credit.

I will pay you gradually as funds come in but at the moment I do NOT
have the money for the full amount or even a partial payment.

In the future if anyone asks about Worldwide Lists, I will warn them
away from your service because something isn't right despite your claims
of being totally up front.
