Hello,

I have been intermittently following your discuss of
WorldWideLists.  After three months of working with them, I
stopped the service as I was receiving far too many subscribers
with free email accounts.  The system I use for ezine
distribution, mail-list.com, (which I highly recommend) was having
to bounce too many of these as being repeatedly over quota.  When
I discussed the issue with WWL, they did not seem to care.  Hence,
I terminated the contract.

I have had very good addresses though from Glen at www.ListOpt.com

The expression "you can't get blood from a stone" comes to mind.
My
suggestion is to either pay them for the good addresses you got
(any chance
you kept track of them?) or let them try to sue you for it.

You shouldn't receive any "bounce" messages while using the
Worldwidelists.com mailing list. Bounce messages are normally
generated when
a mail server can not find an email address, or when someone's
mail box is
full. Our listserver has an internal bounce management system
which will
remove subscribers from the list after their mail has been
bouncing for an
extended period of time.

It would be another story if they delivered on what they claim to
do, but
from reading your letter it would appear that they didn't even
come close.
