Have you gone directly to the site and tried posting to the list there?

What I have experiecned lately:
.. getting notes telling me that I sent a note to the list using an email
address that is not subscribed - yet the post goes through!
.. since they started the paid for program, much less customer support - if
any
.. complaints from my new readers telling me that they don't want to
register at topica (the screen they get after they subscribe via the little
subscription box on my site).  It gives the illusion that if you dont'
register, you aren't subscribed, which of course isn't correct.
.. topica did send out a few days ago (I don't have the note) somethign
about doing their best to fix problems caused becuase elists look like spam
to some ISP's.
.. did your list maybe get set up or changed to "moderated"
.. owners manuals for each list are at:
http://www.topica.com/lists/MariasPlace/prefs/manual.html  Just change
MariasPlace to your list name
.. owners email address for help is  owner-support@topica.com
.. this is what it says about "subscriber can't post"

Subscriber Cannot Communicate with Topica
If you or your subscriber cannot receive mail from a Topica list, or can
receive mail from a list but not post to it, your first course of action is
to contact the ISP concerned. In any subscriber posting email transaction on
a Topica list, the flow of mail goes from the poster, to their ISP, then
from their ISP to Topica, and finally from Topica to all the addresses on
the list.

The ISP concerned may be unable to process the volume of email that Topica
delivers every day, or may not be, for a number of other reasons, delivering
or sending mail.

We recommend that the subscriber affected contact his or her ISP to find out
what the issue is and to let the ISP know they want to receive email from
your Topica lists.

If the ISP requires that we contact them to request "white list status"
please advise us (or ask your subscriber to contact us) and we will be happy
to do so on your behalf.

In the meantime, we also recommend that you use one of the free email
providers to access your list, and/or read the list online at the Topica web
site: Adding a new email address to your account is a simple procedure that
takes minutes, but researching and resolving an ISP issue can take some
time. See above for instructions on how to associate Multiple Email
Addresses with your Topica account

Hi. Doesn anyone have problems with Topica? For some time, I can't
send anything to one discussion list although I'm subscribed with
that address. I can send posts to the list with yahoo mail address. Also,
to yahoo mail address I receive mails and to that another not. I would
like to add that my address is absolutely OK becacuse it happens only
with Topica submissions. I have only problems with them, and before
there was no problem. I contacted their tech support but the only
thing I got is autoresponder. Is there some other email address for
contacting than support@get.topica.com Thanks in advance.
