Hi Dianne

These are called "challenge response" systems. I publish 3 ezines so I get
quite a few of them. If I can I try to click on them so I can be added to
their approved sender list. The way I look at it is every subscriber I can
save from a spam filter is worth it in the long run. I never understood why
people resorted to these systems, thought they were a pain, until one of my
domain emails was taken over with so much spam I couldn't even use it so I
turned to one myself. I've gone from getting over 2,000 junk emails a day in
one box to like 25. Was it worth it? Yes. I can now see my "real mail" and
don't dread checking the box spending hours going thru garbage.
