[epub] Request for willing interviewees for an article on ezine editing

Hi all,

I'm now working on part 3 of my series on ezine publishing for the Editors'
Association. It's been well-received and thanks to all who've contributed
to-date!

For this installment, I'm covering advertising and sponsorship for ezines.
Would anyone like to comment (onlist is fine) on:

*strategies for approaching advertisers and sponsors
*how to set up the process or criterion for submission of ads
*what payment systems work well
*whether you use a separate sales person or a service for this
*tracking systems used to demonstrate how many people the ad reaches
*how to devise rates
*what advertisers like to know before they purchase space
*barter advertising - exchange with other ezines or sites
*any other related aspects related that might help ezine publishers get
started

if it's okay to quote you in the article.
